I’m Nikhil — a farmer’s son, an engineer by degree, and founder of Grain & Grove.
Even while working in the city, something kept pulling me back —
to the soil, to the land I come from.
Over time, I noticed something strange.
Food became faster.
Cheaper.
More processed.
But not better.
Today, most packaged flour is produced in massive batches, stored for months, and treated for longer shelf life. Quantity increased — quality quietly decreased.
At Grain & Grove, we’re choosing a different path.
We focus on purity over mass production.
Our wheat is grown in our own fields,
harvested with care, properly cleaned,
and freshly stone-ground in small batches.
No blending.
No anonymous sourcing.
Just grain we know — from soil to sack.
No blending of unknown lots.
No unnecessary additives.
No shortcuts.
Just whole wheat flour — the way it should be.
This isn’t about labels.
It’s about trust.
We’re starting small. Testing carefully. Improving constantly.
